Collaboration with the National Coordination Center for Problem Solving... or NKS for short, has one main goal: a childhood free from violence. Social issues have always been a challenge, but we love challenges. For NKS, we developed a strategy to raise awareness of this issue among everyday people—primarily through social media and video podcasts. We also laid the foundation to unify their chaotic brand communication.

Brand Identity

NKS lacked a consistent brand identity, as they had used different logos and campaign names when working with various agencies. To start, we developed a cohesive visual identity representing their mission—'A Happy Childhood Without Violence.' This is communicated through posters, flyers, social media covers, stickers, and more. We added unique elements to the identity in the form of children’s doodles reminiscent of school desks.

Strategy

In the second step, we developed the most suitable and effective strategy based on the available budget, with the organization’s primary aim being to raise awareness of the issue among a broad audience. The main communication channels became Facebook and Instagram. For these platforms, we created a content grid designed to deliver a blend of factual and emotional content. We added ad visuals aligned with the defined communication style, tailored for online promotion.

Content

The key element in achieving results was high-quality content. The goal was to deliver easily digestible facts, as well as inspiration, support, and emotion. We divided the year-long content into monthly blocks, each focused on different types of violence. Each block included several types of posts that interconnected across all topics.

Interaction

To build an engaging and loyal fan base, we added stories that encouraged interaction. We managed to increase the organic engagement rate by 35% and nearly doubled the number of followers. Overall, our visuals achieved 5 million views.

Podcast

In collaboration with the video studio 'Slepačí Bujón,' we created a video series of educational podcasts on the topic of Childhood Without Violence. In half-hour episodes, we interviewed interesting guests who shared their perspectives on the issue with the audience.
